Weekend Itinerary

Please note that some times will vary depending on how long setup takes. We'll do our best but please be patient, the beer will still be there.

Friday

  • 7pm to 11pm - trade hall setup (traders only). Opeing time is quite approximate and will depend on how long the tech team take to set up the space.
  • 8pm to 10:30pm - registration.
  • 8pm to midnight - Bar open.

Saturday

  • 9am - doors open & registration.
  • 9:30am - opening plenum - lecture room 1
  • Lectures from 10:15am until around 5:30pm across three rooms. Live timetable here: hidden.earth/timetable.
  • Trade hall open throughout the day.
  • Photo, video and survey salons within the trade hall.
  • Bar open throughout the day/evening.
  • Meal and guest speaker from around 6pm (pre-booked only).
  • Stomp & bar from 8:30pm until 12:30am.

Sunday

  • Lectures from 10am until around 3:30pm across three rooms. Live timetable here: hidden.earth/timetable.
  • Trade hall open throughout the day.
  • Photo, video and survey salons within the trade hall.
  • Closing ceremony and awards from around 16:15pm (see timetable).

Car parking is free and located on the opposite side of the canal. Access is via the entrance to the pay and display car park.

This year we hope to provide public wi-fi for most of the main areas of the site.

Dogs

Our policy regarding dogs is dependent on the venue and so it can change from year to year. For 2026, well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they should not be taken into any carpeted area. They must be kept on a lead at all times.
