60 minute Lecture|Kai Trusson
Abstract
This talk will be split into 2 parts each 30 minutes.
Part 1 will cover:
Policies and safeguarding (including what to do when an under 18 doesn't have a caving parent/Guardian)
How to make it work with huts that just aren't set up for families with practical examples and advice e.g. the TSG
Trip ideas for different regions
Clothing suggestions
Limitations children have and practical solutions to them
Learning from past family weekends and showcasing our good examples
The second part will be an open forum for questions and discussions, as well as an opportunity to network and get involved
